ORGANIZATION / LEADERSHIP
In spring 2015, after a long history with the First Baptist Church of Medford, the decision was made for Grace Christian Schools to separate from First Baptist Church and create its own Grace Cascade Christian Schools 501(c)3 non-profit corporation. With the new corporation came a new Board of Trustees, who began serving their term at the beginning of the 2015/2016 school year. The current Grace Cascade Christian Schools Board of Trustees is comprised of three representatives from First Baptist Church (FBC) and six additional community and business members of the Rogue Valley.

Grace Cascade Christian Schools is organized under a Head of Schools with a leadership team consisting of the Head of Schools, three Principals, one Assistant Principal and one high school Dean.

Affiliation / Accreditation
Grace Cascade Christian Schools is a member of the Association of Christian Schools International (ACSI). ACSI is an organization serving Christian schools, is dedicated to the establishment, philosophy, and promotion of fundamental Christian education around the world and it neither supports nor endorses the World of National Council of Churches, or any world, national, regional, or local organizations which give Christian recognition to non-believers or advocate a mufti-faith union.
Grace Cascade Christian Schools has been dually accredited by ACSI and by AdvancED, a regional accrediting group for public and private educational institutions in the Northwest. OFIS, the Oregon Federation of Independent Schools, is another service and legal advisory group to which Grace and Cascade belong.
