Mr. Ray Cuellar (“Kway-ahr”) is executive manager for the Grace Cascade security team., A graduate of the Oregon Police Academy, Ray has extensive experience and training in public safety. He is Unarmed instructor licensed with the Department of Public Safety. In addition, “Officer Ray” is a TMEC (Teen Marijuana Education Course) instructor- co-teaching the class to all new freshman classes. Ray and his wife Linda relocated to the valley after a successful and lengthy career in law enforcement with the Prineville Police Department.
