CCHS was established in 1978 and moved to our five-acre campus in 2007. The education building houses our classrooms, media center, art studio, in-house print shop, and computer, science, and home economics labs. Our Pavilion is comprised of a recently renovated four-court gymnasium, band suite, small theater, locker rooms, weights facility, wrestling room, and our full-service cafe, Holy Joe’s. The upstairs north wing of the education building is home to Cascade Christian Middle School.
Cascade Christian High School is a Closed Campus* which means students are required to remain on campus once they arrive unless signed out through the office by a parent or guardian.
*Senior Off-Campus Lunch
Seniors are allowed the privilege of going off campus for lunch on Tuesdays and Thursdays. This privilege is based on the student’s behavior and academic standing. Students are required to turn in a permission slip prior to being allowed this privilege. Students lunching off-campus must check out at the school office before leaving campus and check back in at the student office upon their return. They must be in class at the beginning of the next period. Failure to follow these instructions will result in disciplinary action and/or loss of the privilege. Juniors may, at the discretion of the administration, earn the privilege of Thursday off-campus lunch after the first quarter.
Early release time is a privilege for upperclassmen that is based on the student’s behavior and academic standing. A written request must be turned into the Assistant Principal for approval. Because of assembly schedules, the early dismissal times will vary. Early release students must not disturb classes that are still in session.
