Cascade Christian High School’s team of students and adults who went to serve in Managua, Nicaragua, last March shared about their trip at today’s middle school chapel.

They shared about how in Nicaragua students often can’t even attend school past 5th grade because they have to go to work to help support their family. That means every student in the room would already be working!

It was an eye-opener to middle school students about how good our lives can be where we live, and how we should be thankful for what the Lord provides – many times blessing us above and beyond our basic needs.

For the LORD God is a sun and shield; the LORD bestows favor and honor. No good thing does he withhold from those who walk uprightly. (Ps. 84:11)
