On Saturday, March 4, Megan Kim (senior), competed in the regional Poetry Out Loud contest alongside six other students from area schools. The contest was held at the Medford Public Library. Lights were glittering, cider was sparkling and students were dazzling at last night’s Gifts of Grace benefit dinner. The gym was transformed to a silver and blue winter wonderland and over 230 guests enjoyed the festive evening. Artwork from students of all ages was displayed in the foyer for guests to adore as they fellowshipped and listened to the Cascade Christian High School Jazz Band and Concert Choir alternate performing Christmas melodies. Congratulations to sophomore, Zach Booker, and freshman, Emily Stephens, who broke Cascade Christian High School track records this past weekend at the Maynard Mai Invitational held in Glide, Oregon. In the men's Triple Jump, Zach had an impressive 43'2" jump. Not only was this a CCHS record, but it also broke the record for the Maynard Mai meet!
