Core Subjects

All elementary school students (K-5) receive instruction in the following core subjects:

Enrichment Classes

The purpose of art instruction at Grace Christian School is to encourage the student in developing creativity, design, and love of the fine arts. Regular instruction in art is provided for all of our students. It is our prayer that our art can be an effective outreach to other and display our love of God.
Students begin computer skills education in first grade. Beginning with keyboarding, they move into word processing, using a database, spreadsheet, electronic research and media presentation. Computers are also used to enrich and reinforce skills and curriculum goals.

Elementary students have regular instruction in Physical Education Students are instructed in the importance of staying in good physical shape. Group and individual activities are taught with an emphasis on skills, team play, and good sportsmanship. Physical Education classes have been designed by our certified Physical Education instructor.
Students in kindergarten through fifth grade receive lessons in Spanish. Spanish is also made available to middle school and high school students.

Kindergarten at Grace Christian

Grace Christian School offers a full-day Kindergarten experience. Families who are not ready to send their kindergarten student to an all-day program can still sign up for our half day program.
