Devon Rickabaugh brings 34 years experience as an educator to her position as the Grace Cascade Christian Schools' Head of Schools. Devon served as Middle School Principal at Grace Christian School (now Cascade Christian Middle School) from 1999 to 2006. In 2006 she moved to her district-level position, as Assistant Superintendent before being appointed to Interim Superintendent in February 2013. Before moving to Medford, Devon spent eleven years at Tacoma Baptist Schools in Tacoma, Washington as the Elementary and Middle School Principal, and the prior two years as a first-grade teacher. She began her teaching career as a special education teacher and an educational specialist for six years. Devon attends Bear Creek Church.

Before joining Grace Cascade Christian Schools' administrative team as the Principal for Cascade Christian Middle School in fall 2017, Mr. Dexter served as Principal in the Prospect School District for four years. Prior to that Mr. Dexter was a Physical Education/Health teacher, Athletic Director, and coach for seven years in the Eagle Point School District. He and his wife, Vanessa, have two children.

Mr. Teterud has been in the education industry in several capacities since 1984, and has worked with Grace Christian School for almost one half of that time. In addition to his degrees listed above, Mr. Teterud has studied at Western Baptist Seminary for one year toward a Master of Science in Church Music. Mr. Teterud has been married since 1983 and has three adult daughters who all graduated from Cascade Christian High School and are successful leaders today! He enjoys spending time with his family, walking, and working in his yard. He loves to sing and play the piano. He enjoys taking photos and loves the Oregon Coast. He and his wife attend First Baptist Church of Medford.

Mr. Fennell first joined Grace and Cascade Christian Schools in 2004 as the Athletic Director. His current role is Director of Advancement, as well as the high school fly-fishing instructor. He and his wife have been married since 2004 and they have three boys. Mr. Fennell enjoys reading, fishing, martial arts, camping, surfing and spending time with his family. He and his family attend Jacksonville Presbyterian Church where he is also involved in the Mega Sports Summer Camp and a weekly core group.

Mr. Mayben attended Grace Christian School his pre-kindergarten through Grade 6 school years. Mr. Mayben brings years of experience in coaching, teaching and as dean. Mr. Mayben and his wife, Elizabeth, have been married since 2006. They have two children. Mr. Mayben enjoys golfing and attending sports events. He enjoys spending time with extended family whenever possible. He is currently the Head Baseball Coach for the Medford Mustangs. He and his family attend Cornerstone Christian Church.

Mrs. Stack joined the Grace Cascade Christian Schools team in 2013. She has been married to her husband, Adam, since 2005. They have two sons. Mrs. Stack enjoys arts and crafts, especially when doing them with her children. She has a passion and calling for advocating and teaching children with special needs. Mrs. Stack and her family attend Applegate Christian Fellowship.

Mrs. Armas brings over 15 years of experience in marketing, communications, and development. She served on the United Way of King County annual campaign as a Loaned Executive from Pacific First Bank, and has assisted with marketing in the areas of banking, retirement homes, and education. She took a sabbatical from her banking job and traveled the Western United States, India and Indonesia with Carpenter's Tools International ministry as a Public Relations/Recruiter and Sound Technician. She joined Grace Cascade Christian Schools in 2007 as the Assistant to the Assistant Superintendent and Assistant to the Director of Development. In 2008 she added the role of Human Resources Specialist. In 2012 she also began to assist in the communications department. In 2014 she was appointed the Communications/Marketing Coordinator. Mrs. Armas and her husband, Scott, have two children who graduated from Cascade Christian High School and are currently away at college. They attend Heritage Christian Fellowship.

Mrs. Meggan Bennett joined the Grace Cascade Christian Schools family in the fall of 2017 as the Assistant to the Head of Schools. She obtained her degrees from the Community College of the Air Force and Trident University International. She and her husband have six children and they attend Heritage Christian Fellowship. When not busy with work and family, Mrs. Bennett spends her time assisting with the Southern Oregon Young Marines as a Training Officer. She is also a published author of "The Darkest Journey".

District Campus Security / School Resource Officer
Mr. Ray Cuellar (“Kway-ahr”) is the campus security person for the Cascade Christian campus, which is home to our middle and high schools. A graduate of the Oregon Police Academy, Ray has extensive experience and training in public safety. Ray has recently relocated to the valley after a successful and lengthy career in law enforcement with the Prineville Police Department. He and his wife are pleased to move where they can be nearer to family (and grandchildren).

Assistant High School Athletic Director
Mr. Miles joined the Cascade Christian High School athletic department as a part-time Athletic Director and mentor to coaches in 2016. He assumed the role of High School Athletic Director during the 2017-2018 school year. Previously he was the Oregon Institute of Technology (OIT) Owls Men’s Basketball coach for 45 years, and is one of the four winningest coaches in the nation, having reached his one thousandth win on February 1, 2014. Mr. Miles’ accomplishments are impressive, including:
- 3x NAIA National Basketball Coach of the Year (2004, 2008, 2012)
- National Association of Basketball Coaches Coach of the Year (2012)
- National winner of NAIA’s Champion of Character award for all sports in 2009
- A.T. Slats Gill All-Sports Coach of the Year (2004)
- DNA Award at the Oregon Sports Award show (2013)
- Guardians of the Game Pillar Award for Advocacy from the National Association of Basketball Coaches (2013)
- 3x NAIA National Championships
- Received the Coach Wooden "Keys to Life" Award at the Athletes in Action Legends of the Hardwood Breakfast (2015), held each year during the Final Four

Mrs. Williams has been with Grace Cascade Christian Schools since 2000. She and her husband, Dan, have been married since 1987. They have two adult daughters, Jenna and Kristen, and one granddaughter. Mrs. Williams loves animals and has been volunteering at the Southern Oregon Humane Society since 2008 where she walks and socializes dogs. She attends First Church of the Nazarene where she helps to facilitate women's Bible studies (usually Beth Moore) on Wednesday nights.
